Diagnoses/Treatments correlated synopsis:

A synoptic "problem/therapy" list, which provides a list of diagnoses, medications and procedures

A detailed "problem/therapy" outline that expands to reveal each visit, and any medication or procedure provided at that visit. Furthermore,
you can see Rx, dosage, and reason a medication was discontinued, as well as iconic "alerts" for an allergy.

Note that the synopsis includes the number of occurrences (instances) and the nuimber of visits required for each occurrence, thereby providing the progression of a disease and the patient's health.

Historical diagnoses and diagnoses/medications that are established/prescribed outside of the physician's practice (e.g. by a specialist or referring physician) are shown separately in the synopsis and are evaluated for potential drug-drug and drug-diagnoses interactions.
