- Allows the storage and retrieval of information (e.g. physician notes, patient education, etc) by either subject or keywords.
- Allows the storage and retrieval of text, images or additional formats such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft documents/spreadsheets, StarOffice documents/spreadsheets, etc.
- Notes can be associated with one or more diagnoses, such that when the diagnosis is made in the medical record, all notes associated with said diagnosis will be shown for the physician's reference.
- Allows practice protocols to be immediately accessible to all personnel and, when updated, for any changes to be immediately propogated.
- Allows the note(s) to be emailed
