Presentation
- Presents the medical record in a style that assists the physician in recognizing patterns of disease and efficacy of therapy.
- Alerts the physician to and encourages compliance with national standards of care or "evidenced based medicine."
Spreadsheet (longitudinal view)
- The style of a patient’s medical chart reflects the physician's specialty and the patient's primary diagnosis.
- Ability to add custom columns in the medical chart's spreadsheet to reflect the individual patient's diagnoses and treatments.
- The physician can graph any column in the medical chart spreadsheet containing numerical data.
- Automatically graphs the growth of pediatric patients and calculates percentiles, standard deviations and BMI to alert the physician of potential pathology.
Flowsheets
- Provides a correlated flowsheet of medications, prescriptions and procedures to assist the physician in evaluating patterns of disease, efficacy of therapy, or prescription abuse.
- Provides the patient's family history to assist the physician in anticipating illnesses.
- Provides a table of recommended preventative care to be performed, with the ability to add custom items to reflect the individual patient’s needs.
- The practice can establish its own preventative care guidelines and/or adopt standard ones.

Customization for the practice
