Provides a table - based on the age and sex of the patient - of recommended preventative care and indicates whether an item has been performed or is due. The physician has the ability to add custom items to the preventative care list to reflect the individual patient’s needs.

The practice can establish its own preventative care guidelines, or adopt standard ones.
